Assigning assets to a form enables you to match your assets with the right forms. When selecting an asset in the app, your drivers will only see a list of forms assigned to that vehicle.

Assigning an asset to a form from the asset's module
Step 1:
Access the asset's module by logging in here. Or by clicking on the 'assets' module from the menu on the left.
Step 2:
Check the box/boxes on the left of the asset(s) you want to assign. Then hover your mouse over the 'Actions' button and select the 'Assign forms' option.
Please note: You are able to select multiple vehicles at once to be assigned to a single or multiple forms.
Step 3:
A popup will appear with a list of all your forms. Select the forms you want to assign to the asset(s).
After clicking the save button, drivers will be able to select only the form(s) that have been assigned to that particular asset.
Assigning an asset to a form from the asset profile
You are also able to assign an asset to a form within the vehicle profile. Under the asset details tab, you will see the list of forms that have been assigned, and click on add/remove forms to change the list.
Step 1:
Access the vehicle profile by clinking on the name of the vehicle from the assets list.
Step 2:
Scroll down from the asset details page to the 'Select forms available to this asset' section to add or remove the forms available to that asset from the list. After updating the list of forms, click 'Save'.
Please note: By default, all assets are assigned to all forms when a form is created.
