The Whip Around 'Faults' module enables you to manage the faults flagged by your drivers in the field. It gives you the ability to assign faults to mechanics and change the status of them. Everything is time and date stamped for compliance. 

You can access the Faults module by logging in here. 

Click on the 'Faults' module from the menu on the left.

Please note:  You will need to have had some inspection and fault data created from the drivers app to see faults in this module. To learn how to do an inspection click here.

From the Faults module you can view your current and completed faults and click into each to view the individual fault.

You can change the status of multiple faults at once.

Export your list of faults. Both Current and Completed faults separately. 

You can assign faults to internal or external mechanics and send them a message via email. 

When you open up the individual fault you can view all the details of the fault (top left), view and add comments that are all time and date stamped for compliance (bottom left), change the status of the fault (top right), assign to an internal or external mechanic (middle right), and upload documents against the fault like receipts (bottom right).
