Using the bulk assigning of defects allows you to quickly complete defect assigning or assign a number of defects at the same time without having to go into each separate defect.
1. How to bulk assign defects
Login to the dashboard.
Click on 'Maintenance' module > select 'Defects' tab on the left navigation bar.
Check the box on the left of all the faults you want to assign (you can also select all vehicles with the top checkbox)
Click the actions button and choose 'completed' or 'in progress'
Now you will see the faults in their new status.
