Drivers are only able to see and complete Inspection Forms on Assets they have access to. This helps simplify the mobile app experience for Drivers and ensures Drivers are always conducting their inspections using the correct form.
Please note: By default a new/current Form is assigned to all Assets unless you follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Click on the 'Forms' module from the menu on the left.
Step 2:
Select which Form you want to assign Assets to by selecting the Form title or the arrow icon.
Step 3:
On the Form Builder > Compliance Settings, select the 'Add/Remove' button.
A popup will show the list of vehicles that are currently assigned to the Form. You can select in bulk or individually the vehicles you wish to assign the Form to. Click 'Save' once you have finished selecting the vehicles.
