You will need an internet connection and a supported web browser to login to Whip Around.

Use the latest version of one of these browsers

We don't support any beta versions of these browsers or alternative open source builds of them.

Make sure that cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser.

Using Whip Around on your mobile device

You can log in to Whip Around using your web browser on your mobile device. Some zooming may be required.

Whip Around will work on most devices and you'll get best results with the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Opera Mini.

 

Clear the cookies and cache in your web browser

Clearing your cookies and cache ensures that old data is not stored in your browser. You should clear your cookies and cache regularly so Whip Around continues to work seamlessly.

Before clearing your cookies and cache, close any files or web pages you have open. Once you complete this process, restart your browser and log back into Whip Around.

When should I clear my cookies and cache?

If you're having trouble logging into Whip Around.
If pages in Whip Around are running slowly, or if buttons or links aren't working.
If Whip Around isn't showing the latest information after you've saved or refreshed the page.
If you get a an Error 500 message while using Whip Around.

Google Chrome

  1. If you have a PC, hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.                                                   If you have a Mac, hold Command + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
  2. Set 'Obliterate the following items from' to the beginning of time.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and other site and plug-in data.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.

Internet Explorer

  1. Hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on the keyboard.
  2. Click to clear the Preserve Favorites website data checkbox.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Temporary Internet files and website files.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and website data.
  5. Click Delete.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on the keyboard.
  2. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and saved website data.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Cached data and files.
  4. Click Clear.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. If you have a PC, hold Control + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.                                             If you have a Mac, hold Command + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
  2. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Cookies.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Cache.
  5. Select the checkbox next to Active Logins.
  6. Click Clear Now.

Safari

  1. Click Safari in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Select Remove all Website Data.
  5. Click Remove Now.
